Basic Policies
Please note that additional policies may be included in special written agreements and contracts for brand services.
Business Hours
My office hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm EST. Saturday and Sunday are by appointment only. If you have an urgent issue after normal office hours, please contact me and I will respond as quickly as possible.
Communications
My preferred method of communication is email or text. Please allow 1 business day for a response. I shoot in locations where cell phone service is limited.
Booking Policy
I do not require a deposit for my photo services at most events.
Payment
I accept credit card payments through a secure, third-party platform.
Image Processing Time
Images from events are typically uploaded to my Event Galleries within 24-48 hours and are available for immediate purchase and download. Proofs for individual and commercial shoots will be available for review within 5 business days from the date they were taken unless other prior arrangements have been made.
A secure link will be provided to individuals and commercial clients to access proofs.
Copyright Information
I own the copyright to all images created including but not limited to images in their original state and digitally-enhanced images. Alteration or duplication of images without my expressed written permission is prohibited under United States copyright laws. By purchasing event images, clients agree to allow the photographer (me) to display images in my Portfolio on this website and social media.
Client Usage of Images
Images are intended for personal use and may not be used for advertising, commercial purposes, or submitted to contests without my expressed written permission. Clients may share images on social media as long as the photographer (me) is given credit. Images shared on social media cannot be altered in any way, including but not limited to applying creative filters, cropping, etc.
