All digital download orders are fulfilled by a trusted third-party. You accept the Terms of Sale in this agreement by placing an order for digital downloads through my online Event Galleries. Digital downloads from Lara Mahr Photography are for personal use only. Images cannot be modified, duplicated, or used commercially without Lara Mahr’s written permission.
Refund / Exchange Policy
Digital downloads are nonrefundable. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact the studio using the online Contact form. Lara Mahr Photography takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience and wants clients to be completely satisfied with their purchase(s).

Disclaimer & Liability Policy
Lara Mahr Photography makes no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, for products sold. Lara Mahr expressly disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, of any kind concerning products sold on this site. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Lara Mahr Photography arising from any product sold shall be the price of the product ordered. Lara Mahr Photography, its officers, employees, or other representatives shall not be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.
You agree that this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages of any kind, including without limitation direct, indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

You agree that any legal action brought against Lara Mahr Photography shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America. Additionally, you agree that any and all disagreements arising from the purchase of products will be adjudicated in the county of St. Joseph, Michigan, United States of America by an appropriate court.

Lara Mahr Photography is committed to protecting privacy. Personal information collected is used to process your order and to enhance your shopping experience.
When you place an order for digital downloads, you provide personal information such as your name, email address, credit card information, address, and phone number. This information is used to process your order. The financial information collected by a trusted third-party/payment platform is used for billing purposes only.
To best serve you, credit card transactions are handled by a trusted third-party/payment platform. Once your payment is authorized, you will receive an email with a link to your digital downloads.
