1. Ownership and Copyright
All photographs purchased and downloaded remain the intellectual property of Lara Mahr Photography, LLC. The photographer retains full copyright ownership at all times. Purchasing or downloading an image grants limited usage rights only and does not transfer ownership.
2. Permitted Use
Photos may be used for personal purposes as agreed at the time of purchase, including digital and print use, provided all terms in this policy are followed.
3. Prohibited Modifications
No modifications to photos are permitted unless written permission has been obtained from Lara Mahr Photography, LLC. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Cropping, editing, or altering the image in any way
- Applying filters, color changes, or retouching
- Removing, obscuring, or altering the photographer’s watermark
- Adding any watermark, logo, or branding that does not belong to Lara Mahr Photography, LLC
Commercial and/or non-profit entities may be granted permission to modify photos for marketing purposes. Permission will be granted on a case by case basis.
4. Watermark Protection
All images must be used exactly as delivered. The photographer’s watermark, if present, must remain intact, visible, and unaltered. Removing or tampering with the watermark is strictly prohibited.
5. Redistribution and Resale
Photos may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed to third parties in any form, whether free or for profit, without explicit written permission from the photographer.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using the photographs, the user agrees to comply fully with the terms outlined in this policy.
